The multi-material printing system provides support for dedicated polymers. 3ntr offers complete and integrated solutions. We print up to three different materials and combine them together to create products with innovative features.

ABS

Is the most widespread polymer in professional 3D printing with excellent mechanical, chemical and thermal characteristics, making it the first choice for any commonly used application, where no special features are required.

ABS esd

ABS dissipative version, this polymer is suitable for creating parts to be used in microelectronics that do not cause electrostatic discharges, harmful to the delicate circuits of microprocessors.

ASA

Is a hybrid polymer with better UV resistance and better surface finish, as well as great impact resistance. Both mechanical removal (SSU00) and soluble solutions are available.

PETG

With good impact resistance and good flexibility, it can be used in contact with food. Is a good candidate for printing semi-transparent objects. The support for PETG is soluble in hot water (SSU03).

ELASTO 85/95

Available in two hardnesses (95 and 85 shore A), it is characterized by an exceptional resistance to elongation (> 500%). Indispensable wherever you need good impact resistance, a "soft" hand or simply excellent elasticity.

Carbon+

Ideal for all applications where it is necessary to combine good thermal, mechanical and chemical resistance. Excellent stability during the printing phase, allows high performance parts to be obtained easily.

PaGF

Required in the automotive field, it has an average mechanical and chemical resistance but a good thermal resistance. With medium dimensional stability during the printing phase, it uses mechanically removable support (SSU02).

nPOWER

Self-extinguishing UL94 V0, is ideal for parts in environments subject to use of very aggressive chemicals. Good thermal resistance. It should be used in combination with its mechanical removal support (SSU05).

MULTIEXTRUSION

The multiextrusion allow to produce elements with different colors, strenght and physio-chemical properties. Only with 3ntr printers you can safely produce obtain such exeptional articles, whitout using slow and costly processes. Combine in one piece different strenghts and reach your goals!

INGLDUR 180PF

Self-lubricating, low friction coefficient polymer. Excellent for use with other polymers to make functional parts. Medium chemical and thermal resistance. Supportable with SSU0 or SSU01.

PC-ABS

One of the few polymers that can be printed sith supports generated with the same polymer material. It combine the impact resistance of the polycarbonate with the easy use of the ABS. Thanks to his composition, it's an excellent option for pieces that will be chromated or goldened with industrial ganvanization processes. In his plus, we find also the great finishing and a sustained print speed.
